Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Tony is the founder of VIX Digital and Managing Director, starting the company in 2011.
Prior to starting VIX, Tony had over 15 years working in the NHS always striving to make things better for patients and clinicians through the use of technology.
Tony is well known for developing the NHS 111 Architecture that has contributed to the saving of millions of lives and continues to do so to this day.
His role at VIX varies from managing director to CTO. At VIX, Tony has worked with NHS.UK defining the technical architecture for the transformation from Sharepoint to Wagtail CMS. He also works with Bristol North Somerset and South Gloucestershire CCG to deliver their public and clinical digital services. Tony defined and built the technical architecture for Public Health England for their new Digital Workspace and works with the West Midlands to support the Urgent and Emergency Care System.
Tony is passionate about a working environment that brings out the best in people, giving them challenges that develop them while having a lot of fun and the tools they need to thrive.
Tony is a father of 3 and shares Damon’s passion for cycling. His one other love is aviation and is close to gaining his private pilot's license which has led to some questionable flying analogies being thrown around the office.
